Account Access & Recovery

If you can't sign in to packman, check that your username or email and password are correct. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login form. packman sends a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link, create a new password, and sign in.

If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, contact packman support via Help & Support in the app or email support. We verify your identity using your account information and government ID before approving account recovery requests. Account recovery typically completes within 2 business days.

If your packman account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, try signing in again after subject to verification. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, change your password immediately and contact packman support. We can review your login history, disable suspicious sessions, and help secure your account.

Note: packman may temporarily lock your account if we detect suspicious login activity (login from a new device, unusual geographic location, multiple failed attempts). This is to protect your account from unauthorized access. You'll receive an email notification; follow the instructions to unlock your account or contact support.

Frequent Login Questions

You can sign in to packman from multiple devices simultaneously (desktop, phone, tablet). Each device maintains its own session. If you sign in from a new device, packman may ask you to verify your identity via a code sent to your email or phone. This is a security measure to protect your account. Once verified, you can sign in from that device without re-verification for 30 days.

packman supports optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or phone-number-based code verification. Enable 2FA in Account Settings under "Security". When you sign in from a new or unrecognized device, you'll receive a one-time code; enter it to complete login. This adds a security layer beyond your password. If you lose access to your 2FA method, contact packman support for account recovery.

On the packman login page, click "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address or username associated with your account. packman sends a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link within 24 hours, create a new password (at least 8 characters), and sign in. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new link. If your registered email is no longer accessible, contact packman support for account recovery assistance.

packman sessions expire after subject to verification of inactivity for security. If you're inactive on the packman app or website, you'll be automatically signed out. Sign in again to resume your session. You can extend your session by clicking a button if you're about to be logged out. On the packman mobile app, the "Remember me" feature allows you to stay signed in longer on personal devices.
